GTP Granites Ltd was established in the year 1989 to manufacture and export finest quality monuments with a capacity on 250 containers per annum. Having built a good reputation in the niche markets and by the overwhelming response of it’s clients another 2 fabrication units were added in the year 1995 with and additional capacity of another 500 containers.
With an established total production capacity of 750 containers per annum it is one of the largest manufacturer of monuments catering to all segments of the monument industry. Over the years we left no stones upturned to build our reputation for quality, delivery and competitive pricing.
Mining:
Our captive mines and quarries produce high quality granite blocks for our consumption in our factories. Apart from our captive quarries we also source other colours from other private quarries, not to mention the imported raw materials that we get from Brazil, Norway, Sweden, South Africa and other countries.
Machinery:
We have some of the state of the art local and imported machines from Italy, France, Germany, Japan and other countries that handle our production with ease. Our Robotic machine, imported from Italy, is a versatile carving machine that can handle intricate sculptural and architectural work with highest accuracy. Lot of artists of India and international repute rely on this robotic machine to express their creativity in stone and we have executed many amazing artistic work that was displayed in famous museums and art galleries around the world.
Consumables:
To give a glossy polish or antique look on stones one needs have high quality abrasives and consumables. Using it’s vast experience, GTP has developed it’s own consumables manufacturing center within it’s monument production plants. With in-house R&D it produces some of the finest abrasives for it’s own production which not only gives them an upper hand in monument finishing but also in bringing down the cost of production as well.
